4. Confidentiality and Protection of Client Content
We recognize that churches and ministries may entrust Bridge with unpublished sermons, internal communications, personal testimonies, and other materials that require discretion.
We treat client content as confidential and take reasonable measures to limit access and protect it.
Our practices include:
- Using client content only as necessary to perform the requested services.
- Limiting access to authorized team members, linguists, editors, and contractors who need the information to complete their assigned responsibilities.
- Requiring individuals who handle client materials to maintain confidentiality.
- Not publishing or distributing client materials for promotional purposes without written authorization.
- Not selling, licensing, or independently reusing client recordings, voices, or translated materials for unrelated commercial purposes.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that third-party providers handling client information are selected and used appropriately for the services being performed.
Confidentiality obligations do not prevent disclosures required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, security, or safety.
5. AI-Assisted Services and Third-Party Technology
Bridge uses third-party technology providers to support certain services, including AI-assisted translation workflows, voice generation, voice cloning, video dubbing, and lip synchronization.
These technologies help us deliver multilingual content efficiently while maintaining human review and quality control.
A. Third-Party AI Providers
Depending on the project and services requested, we may use providers such as:
- ElevenLabs — AI voice generation and voice cloning.
- Sync.so (Sync Labs) — AI-powered video lip synchronization.
- HeyGen — AI video generation and dubbing.
- Other technology providers that support our production and localization workflows.
We may also use AI writing and productivity tools when necessary for project-related tasks.
When these services are used, relevant audio, video, images, text, or other project materials may be transmitted to the applicable provider for processing.
These providers operate under their own privacy policies, terms of service, and, where applicable, contractual data protection arrangements.
Their practices concerning data retention, security, international transfers, and AI model development may differ.
B. AI Model Training and Development
Bridge does not independently use client-provided content to train its own AI models.
When using third-party AI services, we seek to use available account settings, contractual protections, and provider arrangements that restrict or prevent the use of client content for AI model training where such protections are offered.
However, third-party providers may have their own policies and practices concerning the development, training, and improvement of their AI models.
Unless an applicable agreement or provider commitment expressly establishes otherwise, Bridge cannot guarantee that every third-party provider excludes submitted information from all model development or improvement activities.
Clients may contact us to request additional information about the technologies used in their projects.
C. Voice Cloning and Synthetic Voices
Certain projects may involve creating synthetic versions of a speaker's voice.
Bridge creates or uses a cloned voice only when the project has been authorized by the client and the individual whose voice is being replicated has provided the necessary consent.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all required permissions and authorizations have been obtained from the relevant speakers.
We use cloned voices only for the authorized project purposes and do not independently publish, distribute, or reuse them for unrelated commercial purposes.
Clients may request deletion of voice models or related materials maintained by Bridge. Requests involving third-party providers are subject to those providers' deletion procedures, technical capabilities, and applicable retention requirements.
D. Human Review and Quality Control
AI-assisted production does not necessarily eliminate human involvement.
Our linguists, editors, and authorized reviewers may access project materials to:
- Review translations for accuracy and natural language.
- Verify theological terminology and contextual meaning.
- Review voice recordings and pronunciation.
- Evaluate subtitles and synchronization.
- Perform quality assurance before delivery.
Team members and contractors who handle client materials are required to maintain confidentiality and use the information only for their assigned responsibilities.
E. Content Involving Minors
Some ministry materials may include children or individuals under the age of 18.
Clients must notify Bridge when submitted materials contain recordings, images, or personal information involving minors.
Certain third-party AI providers impose restrictions on processing minors' personal information or voice data. For example, ElevenLabs prohibits users from submitting voice data from or about individuals under 18, while Sync.so states that its services are not intended for children.
Bridge will not knowingly submit materials to providers when doing so would violate their applicable terms or restrictions.
Where appropriate, alternative processing arrangements may be required.
Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary parental, guardian, or other legally required permissions before providing content involving minors.
6. How We Share Information
We share personal information only when reasonably necessary to operate our business and deliver the services requested.
Depending on the project, information may be shared with:
A. Linguists, Editors, and Reviewers
Authorized translators, proofreaders, editors, theologians, and other contractors may access relevant project materials to complete assigned work.
B. AI and Technology Providers
We may transmit relevant information to third-party services that support AI voice generation, dubbing, lip synchronization, translation, and other production activities.

Our website is operated through Squarespace, which may process technical information and contact form submissions necessary to operate the website.
D. Website Translation Services
We use website translation technology, including Weglot, to provide multilingual access to our website.
E. Email, Storage, and Productivity Providers
We use services such as Google Workspace and other business productivity tools to communicate with clients, manage projects, and store relevant business and project information.
F. Payment and Accounting Providers
We may share necessary billing information with payment processors, financial institutions, and accounting service providers to process transactions and maintain business records.

We do not authorize third parties to use client content for unrelated purposes on our behalf.
7. International Data Processing
Bridge is based in the United States and may work with clients, linguists, contractors, and technology providers located in different countries.
As a result, personal information and project materials may be processed or accessed in the United States and other countries where our service providers and authorized project personnel operate.
These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your location.
Where required by applicable law, we seek appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
A. Project Files
Our general practice is to retain completed project files for approximately 90 days after delivery to allow for revisions, corrections, and reasonable follow-up requests.
After this period, we generally delete project materials unless:
- The client requests that we retain them longer.
- An ongoing service agreement requires continued storage.
- The information is needed to resolve a dispute or satisfy a legal obligation.
B. Third-Party Provider Retention
When project materials are processed through third-party AI, storage, or productivity services, those providers may retain information according to their own privacy policies, contractual terms, and retention procedures.
Their retention periods may differ from Bridge's internal retention practices.
For example, some providers may retain certain voice-related data or generated materials beyond the period during which Bridge maintains its own project files.
Bridge cannot independently guarantee immediate deletion from every third-party system, backup, or infrastructure.
C. Business and Billing Records
Contact information, invoices, payment records, contracts, and other business records may be retained for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship and comply with applicable accounting, tax, and legal requirements.
D. Deletion Requests
Clients and individuals may request deletion of personal information or project materials by contacting us.
We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable laws and our contractual obligations.
Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.
